Qualifikationen

• At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent experience.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively with customers.
• Working knowledge of applicable leasing laws and other legal issues affecting property management.
• Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
• Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine issues.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers.
• Knowledge of relationship management and contract management systems; word and database processing software (Word and Excel); and electronic mail and internet software (Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Sets appointments via phone calls and other forms of communication to negotiate space rental prices for advertisements and promotions.
• Writes lease agreements and builds strong customer relationships with just a few phone calls.
• Resolves customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Completes lease forms and agreements
• Maintains work areas and office in clean and orderly manner.
• Develops an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the business, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information.
• Remains up to date of assigned campaign status of all lease projects
• Seeks educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
