Hightop Hospitality in the Twin Cities seeks a Venue Sales & Operations Manager to own venue sales and day-to-day event execution across multiple event centers. This onsite, full-time, hands-on role combines sales, coordination, and client experience to drive bookings and deliver memorable events from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

You will manage contracts, timelines, layouts, and logistics; partner with catering teams, vendors, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless events; and lead by

• Experience in venue or event sales with proven bookings.
• Ability to manage contracts, timelines and event details.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
