Qualifications

• Experience 0→1 in healthcare robotics or elderly care tech.
• Technical grounding in hardware or autonomous robots.
• Experience with lean methodologies and rapid validation.
• Ability to work across product, design, tech, growth.
• Ability to develop no-code/low-code prototypes.
• Interest in ICPs, value propositions, and early GTM.
• Nice-to-have exposure to SLAM and wideband signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end early build from problem definition to MVP.
• Ship, test, and iterate quickly using lean methods to validate assumptions.
• Shape the product vision balancing user needs with commercial/technical realities.
• Collaborate with founders to challenge thinking and drive momentum.
• Support studio stage gates with evidence-backed decisions.
• Spot opportunities by monitoring market dynamics and real user behavior.
• Communicate progress and recommendations with founders and the studio.
