You should be comfortable moving fast across various domains, from product to growth. The position is an initial 6-12 month freelance contract, preferably based in New York, with flexibility for talent in Boston.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital health or medtech, preferably at a startup or through significant projects.
• Ability to work across product, design, tech, and growth.
• Strong technical mindset for building prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end early build: from problem definition to shipping.
• Use lean approaches to validate assumptions and generate learning.
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with founders.
