Qualifications

• Demonstrated 0→1 experience in healthcare robotics, robotics‑as‑a‑service, clinical operating systems/platforms, or elderly care technology.
• Technical grounding in hardware or autonomous robots with the ability to work with engineering on architecture and trade‑offs.
• Driving momentum with lean methodologies and an experimental approach, prioritising speed, learning, and focus over perfection.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats (product, design, tech, growth) and knowing when to pull in specialist support.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end‑to‑end early build: problem definition, MVP scoping, shipping, testing, iteration.
• Getting products into users' hands fast using lean, experimental validation.
• Shaping customer experience and product vision balancing user needs with commercial/technical realities.
• Collaborating with founders to sharpen focus and drive momentum in uncertain contexts.
• Advancing ventures through studio stage gates with evidence‑backed decisions.
• Spotting opportunities by staying close to market dynamics and emerging tech.
• Communicating progress, learnings, trade‑offs, and recommendations to founders.
