Founders Factory is seeking an exceptional Venture Builder to join their team in New York. You will play a crucial role in shaping strategy, validating problem spaces, and building MVPs in the healthcare sector. This hands-on position requires a varied skill set and a passion for innovation.

The role offers an initial 6-12 month contract, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI or developing innovative health/medical devices is advantageous.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats (product, design, tech, growth).
• Ability to communicate ideas, progress, and learnings effectively.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition to shipping.
• Validate assumptions and generate learning with lean approaches.
• Shape customer experience and product vision.
