Preferred location is New York, with flexibility for other US cities for exceptional talent. The position is a 6‑month contract with extension potential, commanding a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

• 0→1 experience in healthcare robotics or elderly care tech.
• Technical grounding in hardware or autonomous robots.
• Ability to work with engineering teams on architecture and trade‑offs.
• Experience applying lean methodologies and fast validation.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats across product, design, tech and growth.
• Capability to build no‑code/low‑code proofs of concept.
• Commercially minded with early GTM thinking and ICP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end early build from problem definition to MVP scoping and shipping.
• Run lean experiments to validate assumptions and accelerate learning.
• Shape product vision and customer experience balancing user needs with constraints.
• Collaborate with founders to sharpen focus and drive momentum.
• Support studio stage gates with evidence‑based decisions.
• Spot opportunities by tracking market dynamics and user behavior.
• Communicate progress, learnings, and trade‑offs with founders and the studio.
