• Knowledge of banking and investment products and ability to advise clients
• Credit skills to structure complex deals, including capital market transactions
• Advanced level of early warning detection and risk assessment
• Team coordination and ability to lead multiple functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
