• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of the venture portfolio for existing companies within our coverage.
• Assist with Quarterly Portfolio Review and LP reporting, including updates and materials.
• Maintain portfolio company profiles, cap tables, valuation analyses, and investment tracking.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and CRM data for portfolio visibility.
• Support commercialization initiatives and preparation of materials for portfolio companies.
