BMI-PacWest is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to develop new business with commercial and industrial customers in Ventura County, CA. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, full benefits, a monthly vehicle stipend, and a company laptop/cell phone.

HVAC knowledge is not required; training will be provided. You will drive the entire sales cycle, target building owners and managers, and leverage our proven process to deliver value-driven

Qualifications

• Proven track record with B2B service sales in Ventura County strongly preferred.
• Ability to consistently book weekly appointments and manage a sales funnel.
• Reliable vehicle required to service Ventura County territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with commercial and industrial customers in Ventura County.
• Own the full outside sales cycle—from hunting to closing—using our consultative process.
• Build financially based cases for change using our sales tools and process.
