Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Respiratory or IT field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 4+ years servicing ventilators or respiratory therapy equipment.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, CBET, BMET or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, electrical, pneumatic, and system issues.
• Customer-facing technical support in healthcare or medical devices.
• Basic hospital networking and device connectivity knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Assume responsibility for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ventilator and related medical device systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including troubleshooting, repair, installation, and training.
• Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Setup, calibration, testing, and validation to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.
• Track and resolve service tickets with timely communication to customers.
• Collaborate with Biomed, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, IT and clinical teams.
• Support integration and connectivity of devices within customer environments.
• Document problems, root cause, actions, and resolutions per quality requirements.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies; travel as needed.
