Job summary

Anera Collective is seeking a Store Manager for the Venice Beach location, a full-time role that will be the face of the brand in-store. You’ll lead daily operations, develop your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that drives sales and community engagement.

You will style customers, stay ahead of fashion trends, manage fittings with the ASM, and collaborate with the corporate team on events and outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
• Driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to inspire others to take on challenges.
• A strong passion for styling and selling, with the ability to lead by example.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Availability to work a 40 hour work week, including nights and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and open/close procedures.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and staff development with manager.
• Develop training and product knowledge resources.
• Drive sales, styling, and community engagement.
• Build client book with VIP customers.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store displays.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and shipping.
• Coordinate events and social media outreach.
