Job summary

As the face of the store, you’ll manage visual merchandising, events, partnerships, and community initiatives, ensuring stylish guest experiences and strong team morale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally fashion.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers and team members.
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for styling and selling with a flexible schedule including nights/holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to maintain a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily opening and closing procedures to keep the store ready for each day.
• Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Develop and maintain operational, training, and PK resources for the team.
• Identify and execute business plans to maximize store performance and growth.
• Track sales goals and provide coaching to drive performance and customer service.
