Job summary

Aesop in Newport Beach, part of L'Oréal USA, seeks an entrepreneurial, customer-focused Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional retail experiences. You will align with the Retail Business Manager, set quarterly goals, and train staff on Aesop's standards.

The role requires on-floor leadership, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to recruit and onboard talent; you will work Tue–Sat with a schedule that supports store needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading and motivating a front-line retail or hospitality team.
• Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proven coaching and feedback skills to develop high-performing teams.
• On-site, full-time availability with a fixed Tue–Sat schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive Performance & Growth: Define and communicate SMART quarterly goals for store and team.
• Develop and manage monthly commercial plans for Retail Consultants and track performance.
• Facilitate daily briefings to align on priorities, targets, and updates; foster a high-performance culture.
• Act with a merchant mindset to meet and exceed commercial targets and drive KPI performance.
• Activate tactical campaigns and train on new products to ensure successful in-store execution.
• Collaborate with other Store Managers to share best practices and support market success.
