  • Build lasting relationships with customers by engaging with them, understanding their needs, and offering tailored outfit suggestions
  • Foster a welcoming, positive shopping experience for everyone who enters, helping them feel confident and connected to the brand
  • Handle phone and Slack inquiries with the same friendly, helpful approach

Styling & Product Knowledge

  • Stay on top of fashion trends, fabric details, and styling tips, sharing this knowledge with your team and customers
  • Lead by example with your own styling and inspire others to embody the brand's aesthetic
  • Be actively involved in product launches, helping the team stay updated on new arrivals and monthly drops
  • Work with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to oversee fitting rooms, ensuring they're organized, styled, and ready for customers to find their perfect fit

Sales Generation

  • Build and maintain a client book with VIP customers, bringing them in for new collections and special promotions

Visual Merchandising

  • Take the lead in creating visually compelling displays that highlight the collections and boost sales, and pass that standard down to the store team
  • Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained daily, keeping displays fresh and inviting

Social Media

  • Be comfortable appearing in videos and social media content to promote the store and connect with the community
  • Partner with your direct manager on fun, new ways to connect with the community online

  • Stay on top of inventory, stock control, and shipping with the support of the team
