Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated professional to manage vendor setup, ensure data accuracy across PMS and NetVendor, and support property transitions. You will resolve system issues for onsite teams and help maintain data integrity, security, and access controls across platforms.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. You will engage with staff to address tickets and improve processes across our multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with vendor or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor data integrity, review compliance, and approve insurance exceptions.
• Create and activate utility codes and manage user access across platforms.
• Handle FreshService tickets and train onsite teams on vendor systems.
• Support property transitions and resolve system-related issues for onsite teams.
