Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer care across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Process background checks, COI tracking, W-9 verifications, and TIN checks.
• Manage subscription status and assist with client profiles and compliance needs.
• Return outbound calls to customers who have left voicemails.
• Follow up on expired subscriptions and enrollment verifications by phone and email.
