Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Partner Manager to lead performance and transformation across its global BPO vendor network. The role focuses on driving vendor excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable operational strategy with cross-functional impact.

You will interpret data to drive decisions, manage executive governance, and lead large, complex programs. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in vendor/BPO management, strong analytics, and experience handling 2,000+ agents across geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of vendor/BPO management or operations
• Strong analytical ability to define questions and build tools
• Proven governance and scorecard experience
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs
• Exceptional communication with executives
• Experience managing vendor networks of 2,000+ agents
• Fintech/technology or high-growth CX background preferred
• Knowledge of compliance-heavy functions
• Ability turning data into clear narratives for senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance including CX, SLAs, QA
• Lead executive-level vendor governance (QBRs)
• Define operational strategies across the vendor network
• Partner with the Business Analyst team to shape metrics
• Use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize actions
• Run ad-hoc analyses for rapid decision-making
• Support partnerships as liaison for unique partner needs
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives
• Translate vendor insights into cross-functional actions for compliance
• Act as senior escalation point for systemic issues
• Drive product/process rollouts and vendor migrations
• Design structured change programs and adoption
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the vendor network
