Job summary

The Facilities Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Vendor Sourcing Specialist to manage end-to-end vendor intake and onboarding at TFG National. You will own the VRF process, partner with Operations to identify markets, and lead outreach and setup for new vendors.

You will maintain the Master Vendor List, coordinate mass communications, support client rollouts, and help vendors navigate internal departments. The role requires initiative, strong communication, and organized multitasking in a

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for vendor interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills required.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in vendor relations and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, management, and action on the Vendor Request Form (VRF) for TFG National.
• Identify markets/territories needing vendor support with Operations.
• Lead vendor outreach, onboarding, and setup for new vendors.
• Follow up within 45 days to confirm assignments and escalate as needed.
• Maintain Master Vendor List and coordinate mass vendor communications.
• Assist with vendor coverage for new client rollouts and negotiate favorable terms.
