The Facilities Group is seeking a Vendor Sourcing Specialist in Tampa, FL. This full-time role manages the end-to-end vendor intake and onboarding, partnering with Operations and Vendor Governance to maintain the Master Vendor List and support new client rollouts.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while building productive vendor relationships with a focus on accuracy and timely results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor intake and onboarding processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, management, and action on the Vendor Request Form (VRF).
• Partner with Operations to identify markets needing vendor support.
• Lead vendor outreach and onboarding with new vendors.
• Follow up within 45 days to confirm vendor assignments.
• Keep Master Vendor List accurate with Vendor Governance.
• Manage mass communications to vendors via Vendor Relations distribution list.
• Assist with vendor coverage for new client rollouts.
• Apply vendor negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
