Job summary

FirstService Residential in Plantation, FL is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to lead risk mitigation, claims management, and loss-prevention initiatives for our managed properties. You will design and implement a comprehensive risk program in collaboration with our restoration partner to reduce losses and improve insurance outcomes for condo and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years of condo/HOA or commercial property management experience; restoration exposure is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive risk management program for managed communities.
• Coordinate with First Onsite and internal teams to support claims and restoration projects.
• Lead educational campaigns and training sessions for property managers and boards.
• Provide regular performance and ROI reporting to leadership.
• Travel locally/regionally approximately 30–40%.
