Get Covered, Inc. via Revyse is hiring a Program Manager, Risk & Compliance to optimize the compliance engine behind our vendor credentialing product.

You’ll translate client risk needs into scalable platform rules and workflows, partnering with Ops, Implementation, Product, and CX teams to keep vendor standards aligned with insured requirements. You’ll review COIs, endorsements, and certificates, and help educate property managers and vendors on best practices and regulatory obligations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial insurance with hands-on experience in risk management or contractor credentialing.
• Experience reviewing certificates of insurance and spotting issues.
• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
• Proficiency with credentialing platforms and insurance certificate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Update and inform systems to evaluate vendors according to risk tiers and insurance requirements.
• Translate customer risk and insurance requirements into platform rules and workflows.
• Develop templates, policies, and guides for internal teams and customers.
• Track and report on compliance with customer-defined insurance requirements.
• Review vendor agreements to reflect risk provisions clearly.
• Collaborate with CX, Product, and Ops to align platform logic with client standards.
• Support sales with risk management expertise during client presentations and RFPs.
