Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to lead risk mitigation, claims management, and prevention initiatives for managed properties. You will design a comprehensive program with First Onsite to reduce losses, improve insurance outcomes, and support boards and residents.

You will guide loss prevention, coordinate training sessions, perform pre-loss risk assessments, and foster strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery during property

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in condominium, HOA or commercial property management.
• Exposure to restoration services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured risk management program for managed communities.
• Act as primary liaison between our organization, clients, and First Onsite for property restoration and repair.
• Initiate pre-loss risk assessments and education campaigns with property managers and teams.
• Advocate for clients during insurance claims to achieve fair outcomes and timely resolutions.
• Deliver quarterly reports to the Office of the COO and leadership; review results with First Onsite.
