Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Vendor Relations Manager to lead risk mitigation, claims management, and safety initiatives for managed properties in a high-visibility role. You will collaborate with First Onsite to reduce losses, coordinate education programs, and advocate for clients through insurance claims processes.

Responsibilities include program development, client liaison, and performance reporting to executives, with travel to manage regional communities and restoration projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams across property management, boards, and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex insurance concepts for diverse audiences.
• Solid knowledge of property & casualty insurance, claims processes, and risk mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured risk management program for managed communities.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, boards, and First Onsite for restoration projects.
• Lead prevention campaigns, pre-loss risk assessments, and education initiatives for property teams.
