Job summary

Career Strategies seeks an Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate product delivery for growers, wholesalers, and nurseries. Training is provided and this is a vendor management role, not a sales position.

You will support and grow existing accounts, become a trusted advisor, learn product lines, manage orders, and represent the company in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or related B2B roles preferred.
• Experience in horticulture or related industries a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel as required.
• ERP software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with an established portfolio of professional growers.
• Develop Product Knowledge: Learn product lines and inform customers about availability and crop timings.
• Order Management: Guide customers through quotes, orders, data accuracy, and ship dates.
