Verdesian Life Sciences is seeking a driven Account Manager, Sales to expand our retail partner network across Central MN, drive full-product sales, and advise growers and retailers on nutrient use efficiency.

You will manage relationships, provide product education, and execute territory plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals while collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service to capture market opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in agriculture.
• Proven success in a business-to-business sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage territory plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across territory.

• Drive territory growth by building relationships with new and existing retail partners to meet sales and profit goals.
• Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, lead gen, cold calls, product demos, negotiations, closing deals, and account management.
• Be a trusted consultant through expert product knowledge and problem-solving for customers.
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans, forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Utilize trials, lead programs, and demonstrations to increase market awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service to meet customer needs.
