A leading company in information and payment management solutions seeks a Vendor Relations Clerk. This remote position involves building vendor relationships, monitoring communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and relevant customer relations experience. The Vendor Relations Clerk is responsible for establishing a cooperative relationship with the vendors and monitoring the status of that relationship. In addition, this position encourages vendors to utilize electronic data interchange (EDI) and EFT services and facilitates vendor and company communication in a manner that contributes to our client's satisfaction.
This is a remote position.
