Job Requirements

Job Posting Title : Clerk II - Account Set-Up and Maintenance

Pay Rate : $22.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (flexible based on time zone)

Work Location : Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clerk II - Account Set-Up and Maintenance to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience and will play a key role in entering and maintaining customer account information accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with various computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and evaluate new customer accounts and input them into the company's system.
  • Maintain and update existing customer account information in the centralized maintenance system.
  • Enter and track licensing data for all customer accounts.
  • Update customer records in the CRM system, including Salesforce.
  • Scan and categorize account-related documentation into the document management system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of processes to meet internal audit requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ months of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms required.
  • Experience with AS400 system is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a high-volume administrative or account setup environment.
  • Understanding of customer onboarding workflows and licensing requirements.
