Job summary

Safeguard Properties LLC is seeking a Vendor Account Manager to own the relationship with Safeguard the Vendor, extract and analyze reports, and decide which vendors to contact to drive performance.

The role requires understanding root causes of delays, developing remediation plans, and coordinating with vendors on workload and processes. You will lead vendor discussions, implement new technologies and process improvements to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Safeguard the Vendor and drive performance.
• Extract and analyze reports to decide which vendors to contact.
• Lead vendor discussions by phone and email to resolve issues and build capacity.
• Understand Safeguard initiatives and teach vendors about new policies and changes.
• Determine remediation plans for delays and assign orders to vendors.
• Lead implementation of workload changes and process improvements to meet targets.
• Deep knowledge of service line to help vendors address issues faced.
• Lead scorecard calls and follow-up on remediation plans.
