Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Vendor Process & Performance Analyst to support the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of Amerit's vendor management operations. This role acts as a key liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, driving process standardization, reporting, performance tracking, and strategic vendor initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, operations, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance vendor performance reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze operational, pricing, and vendor data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor key vendor metrics and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support vendor audits and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to implement process enhancements and technology-driven solutions.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, IT, and other functions.
