enGen is seeking an experienced operations and vendor management professional to oversee external vendors, manage SLAs, and drive governance within contract terms. You will coordinate with client relationships, procurement, and leadership to optimize performance and cost controls.

The role requires 5+ years in vendor management or related fields, a Bachelor’s in a business/finance area (or 6 years’ equivalent), and strong communication and budgeting skills. Hybrid/remote work is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant work experience in vendor management, operations, or financial reporting/budgeting.
• Experience with contract governance and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to interact with leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee external vendors and ensure work quality and SLA adherence.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and governance; support contract negotiations.
• Address high-priority vendor requests and drive process improvements.
• Coach and develop peers and vendor staff; drive vendor performance.
• Monitor contracts and procurement activity; ensure budget adherence and PO compliance.
• Lead operating model discussions for vendor interactions and strategy.
