Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree as specified or 6 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years in Vendor Management, Vendor Operations, Financial Reporting OR Budget Management.
• Ability to manage budgets and contracts in a healthcare/vendor context.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of external vendors and ensure performance aligns with contract terms and SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day vendor operations, respond to escalated requests, and drive process improvements.
• Represent governance needs within the vendor contract and coordinate with procurement on renewals.
• Coach and develop vendor staff and manage vendor performance and productivity.
• Ensure vendor compliance documentation and budget/invoice controls.
