Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Compliance Analyst to analyze supplier performance, identify root causes of issues, and prepare data-driven presentations for vendor visits. You will communicate findings to buyers and leadership, driving improvements in compliance and efficiency across the supply chain.

The role requires 2–5 years in supply chain or logistics, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supply chain or logistics work preferred.
• Bachelor-level education preferred.
• Experience with vendor performance and compliance issues is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes vendor performance metrics and identifies root causes of recurring compliance issues.
• Prepares presentations for vendor onsite visits and facilitates problem-solving discussions.
• Engages with key vendors via email, video calls and onsite visits to address compliance issues and propose improvements.
• Communicates findings clearly to buyers, MO leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
