Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Track and Trace Analyst to ensure inbound shipments arrive on time and in compliance with routing guidelines.

The role will generate and publish reports on domestic and international purchase orders while collaborating with merchant partners, vendors and carriers. The position emphasizes tracking vendor performance, building strategic action plans, and communicating insights to merchant teams.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish, Korean or Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Track and trace inbound freight shipments from vendor DCs to Burlington DC campuses.
• Analyze and monitor vendor performance on a regular basis.
• Identify low performing vendors and create action plans to improve shipping performance.
• Collaborate with merchants, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely shipments.
• Publish daily reports tracking purchase orders from creation to receipt.
