Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to analyze vendor performance metrics, identify root causes of recurring compliance issues, and prepare presentations for vendor onsite visits.

You will facilitate problem-solving discussions and support merchants’ decisions on open balances. Research shortage deductions and advise on repayment, while communicating findings clearly to buyers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supply chain or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in analyzing vendor performance metrics and presenting findings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor performance metrics and identify root causes of recurring compliance issues.
• Prepare presentations for vendor onsite visits and facilitate problem‑solving discussions.
• Research shortage deductions and recommend repayment; support merchants’ decisions on open balances.
