Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 direct reports to review vendor compliance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Meet with vendors and buyers to improve vendor performance and share actionable guidelines.
• Coach staff to enhance communication and supplier relationships and develop leadership within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews of vendor scorecards and action plans with buyers and merchants.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs; monitor and refine processes to drive performance.
