Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Process Analyst to minimize order processing costs and drive efficiencies across merchandising and supply chain.

You will collaborate with merchants, buyers, planners, and vendors to streamline order management and speed to store. With 2–3 years in merchandising (off-price retail preferred) and strong Excel skills, you will develop SOPs, training materials, and best practices for order writing, while traveling as needed to market and vendor

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years merchandising experience (off-price retail preferred).
• Experience with merchandise systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minimize order processing costs and drive operational efficiencies across merchandising and supply chain.
• Serve as order process liaison and streamline related activities.
• Build collaborative relationships with merchants, buyers, planners, and supply chain teams.
• Influence order writing decisions to reduce DC handling costs and improve speed to store.
• Model leadership behaviors and promote an inclusive environment.
