Job summary

Chase is seeking a Portfolio Oversight Manager within Wealth Management Supervision to lead structured reviews of advisory portfolio performance outliers and translate findings into clear, committee-ready documents. You will validate advisor rationale, facilitate governance discussions, and ensure actions are closed with supporting research across internal systems.

You will collaborate with Financial Advisors and senior stakeholders to prepare materials that withstand governance and audit

Qualifications

5+ years in portfolio supervision/oversight, surveillance, risk, or portfolio analytics.
Knowledge of investment strategies and portfolio construction across equities, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and options.
Ability to analyze portfolio performance at various levels and develop fact-based conclusions.

Responsibilities

Identify and triage advisory performance outliers using dispersion comparisons and key performance drivers.
Analyze client accounts at the portfolio, position, transaction, and risk/exposure level to link outcomes to decisions and market context.
Review, validate, and challenge advisor dispositions for completeness, internal consistency, and alignment to the investment process.
Schedule and lead review meetings with Financial Advisors, documenting discussions, outcomes, and next steps.
Prepare and present escalation packages to key stakeholder committees and execute post-committee actions through completion.
