Job summary

Equitable is seeking an experienced Network Outsourcing & Oversight Manager based in Charlotte, NC, or remote/hybrid. You will oversee outsourced operations across life, annuity, and insurance lines, ensuring service delivery, regulatory compliance, and strong vendor governance.

The role partners with compliance, risk, and audit to strengthen controls and performance. The base salary range is $75,000–$80,000 with bonus opportunities and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably life insurance and annuity products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• FINRA Series 6 and 26 or Series 7 and 24 registrations, active upon hire.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer operations, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting outsourced operations, vendor management, or governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service and escalation contact for Financial Professionals and staff regarding new and existing business inquiries and vendor-supported processing.
• Partner with the outsourced vendor to ensure timely, accurate resolution of inquiries and service requests.
• Monitor outsourced operations for compliance with SLAs, regulatory expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Review performance metrics and communicate trends and results to leadership.
• Lead vendor-driven projects, process improvements, and root-cause analysis to enhance service quality.
• Evaluate vendor performance and drive remediation plans for gaps or aging items.
