Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably within life insurance and annuity products.
• FINRA Series 6 and 26 or Series 7 and 24 registrations, active upon hire.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer operations, insurance products, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting outsourced operations, vendor management, or operational oversight functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary service and escalation contact for Financial Professionals and support staff regarding new business and existing business inquiries, service-related issues, exceptions, and vendor-supported processing for life and annuity business.
• Partner with the outsourced vendor to ensure timely, accurate, and complete resolution of Financial Professional inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal business partners and external service providers to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Monitor outsourced operations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service standards, regulatory expectations, and SLAs.
• Lead vendor-driven projects, process improvements, workflow enhancements, and root cause analysis to improve service quality and advisor experience.
