Job summary

You will support users, engage with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with technology partners to ensure robust control environments and timely risk mitigation. The role offers growth into leading workstreams within a global support team, working closely with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of reporting experience with data analytics and BI tools such as Tableau/Alteryx/Cognos.

Responsibilities

• Report on KPIs and monitor SLA, performance, data quality, and incidents to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Analyze user and application data to derive actionable insights.
• Lead triage meetings to review defects and plan production releases.
• Communicate updates to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Document bugs and prioritize fixes with Technology.
• Suggest process improvements based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with Data Quality and Metadata teams for data accuracy.
• Create user and application reports using visualization tools.
• Engage users for feedback on applications and processes.
