• Experience with vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• High data fluency and ability to turn large datasets into reports
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead horizontal programs that scale safety vendor operations by standardized processes and playbooks.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to define workflows, SLAs, and success metrics.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across manual processes using LLM-based solutions.
• Build reporting from large datasets to provide clear signals and program health metrics.
• Draft concise updates for senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
