Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Vendor Operations professional focused on automation to scale safety vendor programs across systems and partners at our San Mateo HQ. You will design workflows, implement automation and LLM-based solutions, and build clear reporting for senior leadership.

In this role you will collaborate across Global Scaled Operations, Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to drive standardization and efficiency while reducing toil in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program or project management experience in operations or vendor management.
• Systems-level mindset with focus on reusable processes and adoption across teams.
• Hands-on process automation experience; familiarity with leveraging LLMs for agentic solutions.
• Experience with vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Strong data fluency and ability to turn large datasets into reports and recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Basic coding/scripting (Python/SQL) preferred but not required.
• Proactive, fast-paced, collaborative, global team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead horizontal programs that scale safety vendor operations by identifying friction across systems and vendor relationships, then designing and rolling out standardized processes and playbooks.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to translate operational goals into workflows, SLAs, and success metrics, ensuring accountability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across manual processes, including agentic and LLM-based solutions to reduce toil and increase consistency.
• Build and maintain reporting that turns large operational datasets into signals and program-health metrics for leadership.
• Draft and deliver crisp communications and updates for senior leadership, summarising status, risks, and recommendations.
• Serve as a connective layer across vendor operations, tooling, and cross-functional partners to coordinate changes at scale.
