Job summary

Roblox is seeking an Engineering Manager for Enterprise Security and IAM in San Mateo, CA. You will lead a security software engineering team, own the roadmap across endpoint, network, enterprise app security, and identity management, and drive secure-by-design practices throughout Roblox's enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience combining software engineering and security.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers, with a track record of hiring and growing strong technical teams.
• Strong background across two or more of endpoint security, network security, enterprise application security, and identity and access management.
• Deep understanding of human and machine identity and authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn and passkeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team: Hire, coach, and develop a team of security software engineers.
• Own the Enterprise Security roadmap: Define and drive strategy across endpoint, network, app security, and IAM.
• Build identity and access at scale: Own IAM ecosystem including SSO, SCIM provisioning, OAuth, token lifecycle management.
