Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools such as Yardi and Smartsheet. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of COI, Waivers, and Endorsements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Collaborate with Risk Management to resolve discrepancies.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in project processes.
