Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Analyst to manage end-to-end partner setup, gather documentation, and ensure data accuracy across regions.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline onboarding, resolve inquiries, and maintain compliant processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and Excel modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with vendor master data governance and controls.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with automated help desk solutions (ticketing system).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), data analytics tools (Power BI), and Excel modeling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the complete vendor onboarding process from initial supplier request through activation and maintenance of standardized finance and accounting processes.
• Communicate directly with vendors and customers to gather necessary information and documentation to complete the end-to-end Business Partner setup process.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align on reporting standards, process enhancements, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation for finance process standardization.
• Leverage automation and data visualization tools to streamline reporting and analytics.
• Analyze shared service center metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to define and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving finance operations and control frameworks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
