Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Analyst to support end-to-end vendor onboarding and partner setup.

You will gather documentation, validate information, and ensure onboarding requirements are met efficiently, while maintaining data integrity and compliance. The role requires collaboration with business partners across regions, analytics experience with Power BI, and proficiency in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor master data governance and controls.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with automated help desk solutions (ticketing system).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), data analytics tools (Power BI), and Excel modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding end-to-end across regions and functions.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to gather required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on reporting standards and compliance.
• Contribute to training materials for finance process standardization.
