Job summary

CRH’s Americas Materials division is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Analyst to support end-to-end vendor setup, gather required documentation, validate data, and ensure timely onboarding. The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and customer service excellence across regions and functions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier data, and leverage ERP systems and Power BI to deliver accurate reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in vendor master data governance or controls.
• 1+ years with automated help desk solutions (ticketing).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), Power BI, and Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding end-to-end across regions and functions.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to gather onboarding information.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on reporting standards and compliance.
• Create training materials for finance process standardization.
• Leverage automation and data visualization tools to streamline reporting.
• Track KPIs and SLAs with management for continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve finance operations.
