Applied Systems in Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta is seeking a Vendor Integration Program Manager to optimize onboarding, integration workflows, and billing processes for a growing Certified Vendor Program. You will manage vendor relationships, build dashboards, and report on program health across multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes structured processes, documentation, and collaboration with BizOps, Finance, CX, and Engineering to scale operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, billing or a related function, plus a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-step projects with internal and external stakeholders, and proficiency in a project management tool such as Jira, Asana or Smartsheet to track milestones and keep everyone informed.
• A highly organized approach to following and improving workflows, maintaining detailed documentation and managing a growing vendor portfolio, with comfort working with contracts and technical documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of reporting tools to build dashboards, scorecards and billing reports, plus the analytical sense to spot trends or discrepancies and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including preparing reporting materials and presentations for program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run the onboarding and renewal process for certified vendors, creating a smooth experience for both vendors and customers.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration workflows for third-party vendors, tracking milestones and escalating issues as needed.
• Support vendor billing and fee reconciliation, partnering with Finance and BizOps to keep invoicing and commission payments accurate.
• Build and maintain vendor performance scorecards and recurring reports that show program health and platform impact.
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for vendors’ business and technical teams, and keep use cases, contract records and program documentation up to date.
• Spot ways to streamline processes across business development, BizOps, CX and Product / Engineering, and partner with stakeholders to put improvements in place.
