Cindera Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to own and scale our mitigation vendor network across wildfire-prone regions. You’ll recruit, qualify, and set standards for vendors, while shaping onboarding and proof-of-work workflows for homeowners.

This remote US role focuses on process design, relationship management, and continuous improvement, with equity and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Senior operations or marketplace experience in a vendor, contractor, or services network.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to set and enforce standards.
• Comfort handling real-world operations with process and flexibility.
• Ability to write clear workflows and identify bottlenecks for improvements.
• Customer-aware mindset focused on reliable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of mitigation vendors across key wildfire-prone regions.
• Vet vendors for service quality, licensing, insurance, and alignment with standards.
• Create and improve onboarding, qualification, performance review, and re-engagement processes.
• Collaborate with product and operations to simplify vendor handoffs and proof workflows for homeowners.
• Track network health metrics such as coverage, responsiveness, and homeowner satisfaction.
